The Service provides general nutrition information and tracking tools. It is not intended to:
- Diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
- Replace professional medical advice
- Serve as a substitute for consultation with a registered dietitian or nutritionist

5. AI Coach Limitations
Our AI Coach feature is powered by artificial intelligence and has limitations:
- AI suggestions are based on general nutrition principles and your logged data
- The AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or incomplete information
- AI recommendations are not personalized medical or dietary advice
- You should verify important nutritional information from authoritative sources
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious content or code
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to DataBody (photos, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

9. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier
Basic features are available for free with usage limitations.
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal
Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or App Store
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods
10. Household Features
If you use household features:
- You may only invite people who consent to join your household
- Shared data is visible to all household members as configured
- You are responsible for managing household membership
- Leaving a household removes your access to shared data

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or completeness of nutritional data
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATABODY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or health issues arising from use of the Service
- Actions taken based on AI recommendations
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataBody and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete your data (subject to our data retention policy)
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Dispute Resolution
